"Peer Vote" Invitational JnJ *Show*
We will be organizing this a little differently this year. There will be two main differences:
1) This will NOT be a competition this year. Partners will be randomly drawn ahead of time, and they will be allowed/encouraged to pick a song they mutually would like to improvise to.
2) There will not be a preliminary round on Friday night, and the "Peer Vote" Invitational list will be generated based purely on ballot vote.
We encourage every All Star and Champion level competitor to submit their registration for the "Peer Vote" Invitational. The entry is FREE, and will allow each registrant to have their name included on the "Peer Vote" ballot, and to submit their vote as well. We will ensure that all participants have entered, and then ask everyone to submit their votes prior to 9PM on Friday, August 4th. Leaders will only be voting for their top followers, and Followers will only be voting for their top Leaders. In order to create enough variance to create a natural break within our desired range (9-13 couples), we will ask that every ballot submits 10 "Y"s, and 3 Ranked "Alts". No one other than the Event Directors will see the ballots, and they will generate the "Peer Vote" Invitational list based on everyone's votes.
If an entrant does not get voted in for the "Peer Vote" Invitational, they will be eligible to dance in the All Star/Champions level JnJ.
