2023 Health/COVID-19 Policy
Swingtacular will require all attendees and staff to show a negative PCR or rapid COVID test within the last 24-hours at the time of check-in. (Must provide your own test). We are requiring this for all staff, attendees, and volunteers, regardless of vaccination status. We will have a limited number of tests available for purchase (at cost) at the event, however we very well may run out, so we HIGHLY recommend not relying on that.
COVID Test checklist:
1) Take COVID test (Rapid or PCR accepted) within 24 hours of arrival at event check-in.
2) Take photo of test with visible time stamp included in photo. Using smart watch, someone else’s phone, or computer are all typical options to include said time stamp.
3) Bring your negative test with you to event check-in, along with your photo.
4) Safely enjoy your weekend at Swingtacular 2023!
*Note: If you test positive or you are feeling sick, you should definitely stay home. We will be happy to transfer your pass to Swingtacular 2024, or refund directly.
