If you answered yes to those questions, then you should consider participating in our Work Exchange program.
We are so grateful to have the support of so many people helping us bring Swingtacular to life every year and you could be part of the team! We need reliable and friendly individuals to monitor doors, check people in at registration, assist with set-up/tear down, and/or help with ballroom decorations.
If you work for 10 hours, that covers your pass for the weekend.
We do our best to accommodate everyone's preferred hours, so that you are still able to enjoy the event festivities that are high priorities for you, although it's reasonable to assume that some compromise may be necessary.
We currently have some slots available in our Work Exchange program, but slots are available on a first come, first served basis.

Our Work Exchange Coordinator starts scheduling late in June; the process of scheduling everyone takes several weeks. We utilize the timestamp of your application, so the later you sign up, the later in the scheduling process you will be contacted. To help keep scheduling going smoothly, don’t forget to update your application as your plans firm up.
