Event Passes/Prices

Standard Full Weekend Pass
$189 (Early Bird) / $219 (After July 11th)
Full Weekend Pass - Includes Workshops, Late Night Dancing, Solo Classes, and all other event activities (except for the Routinesive) Must be purchased in order to register for competitions.

Generosity Full Weekend Pass *NEW*
$249
The Generosity Pass is for those who are willing and able to give a little extra. Your contribution helps enhance the event, fund prizes, improve the overall experience, and foster growth within the community. If you're passionate about Swingtacular and want to make a bigger impact, this is your opportunity to help take the event to new heights.

International Pass
$169 (Early Bird) / $199 (After July 11th)
Includes Full Weekend Pass, but the rate is only available to those with an international passport that must be presented for verification at check-in.

Full-Time Student Pass
$159 (Early Bird) / $189 (After July 11th)
Includes Full Weekend Pass, but the rate is only available to those with a valid, current student ID that must be presented for verification at check-in.

All-Star/Champion Pass - FREE
(Pre-registration greatly appreciated)
Includes Full Weekend Pass, but is only available to All-Star and Champion Dancers. WSDC Points Registry will be cross-referenced.
***Participation in JnJ and Westie Welcome Activities will be expected in exchange for this pass.***

Junior Pass - FREE
(Pre-registration greatly appreciated)
Includes Full Weekend Pass, but is only available to attendees that are 17 years of age or younger.
Non-Dance Chaperone Pass FREE with at least one registered Junior Dancer.

Pass Winner - FREE
(Pre-registration greatly appreciated)
Includes Full Weekend Pass, but is only available to attendees that have won a free pass via contest prize, social media contest, etc. These registrations will be verified.

Spectator Pass - $89
Includes access to all event activities, but you CAN NOT participate actively in any event activities.

Day/Night Passes

Note that Day/Night Passes will not be available for registration until July 14th, if they do become available. There is a small chance that the event could sell out, in which case Day/Night passes would not be available for this year.

Thursday Night (7PM-6AMish) - $30
Friday All Day (11AM-6AMish) - $80
Friday Night (5PM-6AMish) - $50
Saturday All Day (10AM-6AMish) - $100
Saturday Night (7:30PM-6AMish) - $70
Sunday All Day (10AM-6AMish) - $70
Sunday Night (9PM-6AMish) - $30

Competition Pre-Registration
(Price Increase "At The Door" August 7th)

Swingtacular has grown tremendously over its first 10 years which
is fantastic. However, we want to make sure that we maintain a positive social environment that comes with that "Small Event Feel", and being able to continue to run our schedule on time is crucial in that endeavor.

With this concern in mind, we are HIGHLY encouraging everyone to register for their competitions ahead of time. All competition entries will increase SIGNIFICANTLY at the door (August 1st).

JnJ entry fee will go from $25 to $35 at the door.
Pro/Am Routine entry fee will go from $60 to $80 at the door.
Rising Star Routine entry fee will go from $80 to $100 at the door.

Westie Welcome Pass
Registration Opens July 2nd 6pm PST

Includes access to all event activities, but this is only available to up to 40 individuals that have NEVER been to a WSDC Registry Convention, and may not even have been exposed to WCS yet. We will be cross referencing your name and other information with the WSDC Registry and multiple other event databases. We are trying to do something nice to bring new people into this scene... Please don't ruin it. If you are unsure if this pass is applicable to you, contact the Event Directors HERE.

If you are found to have intentionally taken advantage of this opportunity inappropriately, you will not be welcome at Swingtacular again.

There is a "Westie Welcome Crash Course" as well as multiple "Level 1" WCS Classes available, so there will be opportunities for a beginner to learn and get caught up to enjoy the weekend as much as possible!

Other Requirements:
- The Welcomed Westie MUST have never attended a full weekend convention before. We already said that, but it's worth reiterating.
- The Welcomed Westie MUST take either the Westie Welcome Crash Course and/or at least one of the "Level 1" Workshops offered.
