Friday "Geek" Night
To get the weekend started right, people are encouraged to "nerd out" as they wish. This could include just <DANCEGEEK> shirts (Available for purchase at the event), and/or glasses, suspenders, pocket protector, high socks, alfalfa hair, propeller hat, or anything else your imagination can conjure up...
Saturday "Space Gala" Night
This is when it becomes difficult for outsiders to tell whether we are a Comic Con event where every one mysteriously dances very well, or a dance event where everyone decided to go cosplay for the night. This started early on as a "Star Wars VS Star Trek" night, and has developed from there. Examples include anything from Star Wars, Guardians of the Galaxy, Firefly, MCU, Star Trek, Dr. Who, any and all fun Sci-Fi/Fantasy dress-up things...
AND/OR...
If you don't want to go full cosplay, and prefer the more traditional "Red Carpet" experience, that's great, too.
We encourage attendees to "Dress to Impress" one way or the other (Green Carpet or Red Carpet) as it creates a special energy in the ballroom for the Saturday night performances... And have a lot of fun with it!

All of that said, you can honestly dress up as whatever your heart desires, or don't... We are your event directors, not cops/fashion police, but we are hoping everyone brings it this year!
