The Run-Down
We will run multiple rounds of various JnJ formats including: Leveled (Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and All Star/Champion respectively), All American, High-Low, and possibly others. We will be incorporating both heated and spotlight formats throughout the day... All the while, you will have four Champion-level competitors guiding you through this process.
We couldn't fit all of the specifics on to the schedule. However, throughout all of the practice rounds, our Instructors will be providing guidance and insights. Also, you will notice that we have grouped two divisions together at a time. One group will dance while the other group mock judges. Our goal is to seamlessly transition from efficiently running as many rounds as possible, to assessing the dancing in each round, to providing insights, to tangibly finding ways to improve each round, to discussing people's observations while mock judging to whatever else we find useful throughout the day...

- Overcoming performance anxiety
- Physical and mental preparation before competition
- Tactical approaches to different formats
- Setting appropriate expectations and goals
