Rising Star Routine Division
- Routine length: 120 seconds to 180 seconds
- This is a WCS division. Minimum swing content: 60% (Showcase minimum)
- Lifts are allowed, but not required (No minimum or maximum)
- Weight supports are allowed, but not required (No minimum or maximum)
- Separations are allowed, but not required (No minimum or maximum)
- Costumes encouraged
- There are no gender restrictions affiliated with this division.
- Once the Leader and Follower roles have been established, they may not swap at any point in the routine.
- Partnership may not compete if any of the following is applicable:
*Partnership has placed top 3 in any Classic or Showcase division at a NASDE event.
*Either dancer has competed regularly in the Champions Jack & Jill or Strictly Swing division in the past year.
*If you are unsure about whether or not you are overqualified for this division, you probably are, but reach out to Ben and Cameo to be sure
